We make every effort to ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase time. If your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday, then your order will be shipped on the following business day.

All the products are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai.

Once your order is processed, each product undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it's in perfect condition. After passing the final inspection, we carefully pack your order and hand it over to our trusted delivery partners. They work to get your package to you as quickly as possible. If they're unable to reach your address or deliver at a convenient time, they'll contact you to arrange a suitable solution.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email for your order. Upon receiving your tracking link, you’ll be able to see where your goodies are and when they are expected to arrive. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 - 48 hours to show any kind of update.

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery! To confirm your COD order, an additional ₹40 needs to be paid in advance at checkout. This ensures we're catering to genuine customers who truly want the product.

For Prepaid Orders:
Shipping is free for all prepaid orders above ₹499.
A flat fee of ₹49 is charged for Prepaid orders below ₹499.

For COD Orders:
An advance fee of Rs. 40/- is required above ₹499.
An advance fee of Rs. 89/- is required below ₹499.

Note: COD requires the advance payment of the above amount to confirm the order. This advance amount proves order's genuineness.

Fortunately, we have tied up with well-known, trustworthy couriers in India, meaning as soon as your order is placed, it is picked, packed, and dispatched by our team and passed into the hands of our couriers. In most states, you should receive your order within 2-5 business days, however, remote areas may take between 5-7 business days.
