We check every parcel before dispatching. Do not accept parcels that look tampered with or opened. Record a video while unboxing both the outer package (360-degree angle) and the inner contents. This helps us take quick action in case of any issues. Your cooperation helps us resolve courier-related concerns more effectively.
– Report any such issues within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.
– Without a video, we won’t be able to offer a replacement.
– Claims made after this period will not be accepted.
Yes, of course! You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if the product is right for you. If you'd like to return it, just drop us an email at hello@combofactory.in within that 7-day window, letting us know the reason for your return.
To make sure your return goes smoothly, please:

- Share the tracking details of your return shipment within the same 7 days.
- Tracking details are essential so we can keep an eye on your return.
- Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
We’re unable to take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Before placing the order double double-check your products in the cart. Also, once the order is placed, you can check the order in My Account - Order History. You can let us know about the changes before the order is shipped.
Once the order is shipped. We are unable to cancel the order. Shipping charges of the product are deducted and the rest amount paid is refunded back.
Once your item is eligible for the return, just follow these simple steps:
- Send us an email at hello@combofactory.in with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll then share the return address with you.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, and don’t forget to write your order number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package using a reliable, trackable courier service. After it's shipped, email the tracking details to hello@combofactory.in.
- Once we receive your return and tracking info, we’ll verify the product and start the refund process right away.

Once we receive your return package, our quality assurance team shall verify the parcel. Based on the inspection we can decide if the product is eligible for refund or not. Once eligible your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll issue the refund via IMPS, GPay, Paytm, or PhonePe—whichever is most convenient for you!
